All campuses affiliated to the Tribhuvan University were forced to shut down on Tuesday by the All Nepal Independent Students Union-Revolutionary (ANNISU-R) protesting the recent exam fee hike by the university.
According to the K.P Pathak, R.R college all the campuses have been padlocked and will remain so till the concerned authorities meet their demands.
Students are not able to pay the increased fees, Pathak added.
